First and foremost chess should be fun! This is the ethos of Ojays, the Oxfordshire Junior Squad Chess Club. We meet weekly on Thursdays between 6.15pm and 8pm, either in person or online, to develop young chess players in preparation for county tournaments and individual competitions.

Oxfordshire Junior Chess Championships and County Trials

Oxfordshire Junior Chess Championships which will take place over Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th January 2020.

 The tournament will be split into sections - U9s on Saturday 4th January and U11s on Sunday 5th January, and will be used to help us select players to be in the U9 and U11 squads. There will also be U18, U15 and U13 Oxfordshire Championship on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th January 2020 9.30am to 6.00pm.
