First and foremost chess should be fun! This is the ethos of Ojays, the Oxfordshire Junior Squad Chess Club. We meet weekly on Thursdays between 6.15pm and 8pm, either in person or online, to develop young chess players in preparation for county tournaments and individual competitions.

Ojays Online Summer Term Dates

The following dates are proposed for online Ojays for this term.

They will be hosted on chesskid.com and Zoom as before the Easter holidays.

In the event that things open up to allow us to physically again before the end of term, these will be reviewed with the hosting schools as appropriate.

Ojays members will receive invites week by week to attend the session for the week that they are signed up for (i.e. Yarnton attendees for Tuesdays, Cumnor attendees for Thursdays).

Note the usual Thu night for Cumnor session will be held virtually for now on Fridays.
