First and foremost chess should be fun! This is the ethos of Ojays, the Oxfordshire Junior Squad Chess Club. We typically meet weekly during term time, either in person or online, to develop young chess players in preparation for county tournaments and individual competitions.

The Oxfordshire Junior Chess AGM will take place on Zoom at 7:30pm on Tuesday 18th October.

The agenda will include:

  • Schools League
  • Oxon Junior Chess tournaments
  • County junior teams
  • Future direction of the Ojays club

The meeting is open to all school chess club managers, parents and others involved in junior chess in Oxfordshire.
